Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the courier's website.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship only at India location.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support.goodheartbraindead@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements as per our Refund Policy.
